WIRE HANDLING:
Feed /Tension unit provides a light nip force for feeding and electronic tension control for accurate and repeatable wire tensioning.

TRACK:
The time proven low friction passive track design along with Ovalmatic® quality wire eliminates the need for lubrication – no pulp contamination
Teardrop shaped track groove and sealed corner bearings provide reduced friction operation.
Track is spring loaded requiring no pneumatic or hydraulic track opening devices.
TWISTER HEAD:
Nearly all twister functions are accomplished in one complete stroke of the hydraulic twister cylinder.
The gripping function is accomplished by a cylinder driven reversible gripper with two gripping surfaces available.
The “floating” feature of the gripper assembly reduces knot stresses during the twisting operation.
HYDRAULICS:
Custom designed hydraulic system manifold minimizes hose connections, the precision wire tension sensors operate in all conditions, and it uses an integrated air/oil in hydraulic power unit
