Features and Benefits
SCRAP WIRE WINDING AND COMPACTION
160 kg (350 lbs.) of Scrap Wire can be compacted into a bale 610mm (24 in.) long and 510 mm (20 in.) in diameter.
Flat steel strapping can be mixed in the bale.
AUTOMATIC FEEDING
No operator effort is required after scrap wire is loaded into the baler hopper.
INCREASED SCRAP VALUE
Bale Scrap wire becomes recyclable material with value instead of a disposal cost.
IMPROVED SAFETY
Bales are easily handled with conventional lift truck or magnetic lift eliminating the need for personnel to handle baled wire.
LOW MAINTENANCE
Shaft mounted gear motor eliminates chain drive maintenance.
INCREASED PROCESSING SPEED
Time required to wind and compact wire greatly reduced over other disposal methods.
