Our Background

In addition to our quality products and services, OVAL International® offers a variety of machine design and system integration services. Based in North America, we have over 85 years of experience in the design and manufacture of material handling machinery for the forest products industry worldwide.

Our People

Our team has extensive machine design experience in the areas of: pneumatics, hydraulics, power transmission, machine design, and stress analysis. In addition, we have significant machine and system control experience in the areas of: PLC and motion control, interface networks, current Safety Regulations and system integration.

Our Services

We provide design services from small projects to complete turn-key tying systems. Our design services are performed on state-of-the-art CAD / SolidWorks systems and, where needed, stress analysis is performed using finite element analysis software. Our control system services are offered on a number of PLC platforms and configurations. For turn key tying system installations, we offer complete project planning, manufacturing and assembly. All projects are fully documented and supported by our knowledgeable staff from concept through commissioning and beyond.
